What is Intelligentsia?
The term intelligentsia (from Russian:интеллигенция from Latin: intelligentia) is a social class of people engaged in complex mental and creative labor directed to the development and dissemination of culture, encompassing intellectuals and social groups close to them (e.g., artists school teachers).
What Does it mean to Common Man?
A group of intelligent people busy in social developmental activities. they sit together, study and workout for a creative better society.
Reformation is difficult without intelligence and implementation of intelligence is difficult without gathering and discussing.
So a group of intelligent people sit together for the development of the society. The common man and the community benefits as they could live in a creative and reformed society.
Here in Kerala ?
In Kerala, it is the same but in another angle. The Kerala Zone of Students Islamic Organization Of India widely known as SIO (www.siokerala.org) is providing such a platform where intelligent students meet and develop themselves. Various training camps are organized and they are motivated teaching almost all the required techniques for them. These programs are scheduled under the guidelines of the most eminent personalities of the subjects.
Is it a dream or activated?
SIO Malappuram District Committee (www.malappuramsio.blogspot.com) has begun this mission.
SIO is proud and thankful to The God, for conducting such an activity that no other student organization ever dare to. SIO conducted Entrance examination for all the students of 8th, 9th and 10th standard and published their rank list. The first 100 Rank holders were choosen and their first Training camp has been completed. The second Training camp in association with another Center for Human Resource and Development, is Scheduled to be on 21st and 22nd of this April, 2010.

SIO Intelligentsia in Association With CHRD
SIO Intelligentsia in Association With CHRD, Shanthapuram is supposed to be held at April 21 and 22, 2010. The second Module will be strictly for the Intelligentsia Rank holders and the participants of the Intelligentsia first Module held at Darul Falah English School, Pooppalam.

Intelligentsia '10 : Second Module on 21 and 22 April
Malappuram: sio District committee has decided to conduct the second Module of intelligentsia at Shanthapuram on 21 and 22nd of this April, 2010. The camp was scheduled on 31 of January and rescheduled due to examination. The second module will focus on all other interactive sessions like health and Body works, Careerism, Student activism and Society Reconstruction, says Dr.Anees Rahman, the camp director.
The module has also been planned in such a way as to empower other extra carricular skills such as thaikoondo and Kabadi. On various topics distinguished personalities like, Dr. Koottil Mohammad Ali, Dr. Yaseen Ishaque, Dr. Abdurrahman, Bishruddin sharqi, M Sajid, MI Abdul Rasheed ... etc will discuss important topics.
